What makes your lock system different?
Unlike most digital lock systems, ours does not depend on a battery to provide power to the digital system. Our lock system is mechanical, which means that you never have to worry about your battery going dead and you being locked out!

Will your lock system finish match what's in my home now?
We offer a full line of finishes, so matching your present locks should be no problem.

Can I install your lock system myself?
Anyone with average mechanical skills should have no problem installing our digital lock systems. We offer complete installation instructions as well as a template when necessary. We also provide instructions for changing the code on your digital lock system.

Do you accept credit cards? Personal checks?
We accept Mastercard and Visa, and  process through PayPal. Please note that your credit card statement will reflect a charge from PayPal for your purchase.

How do you ship your products?
At the present time, we ship only within the United States and ship by Priority Mail. This way we can provide a tracking number for you to enable you to know when the lock system will be delivered. All shipping and handling is shown, right on our website, for each item we sell.

Why do you ask that I call to purchase my lock system?
In an effort to help reduce internet fraud, we take orders by phone. that way you know that your credit card information is secure and that you will be given a shipment date when the order is placed.

Do you offer installation?
We are located in The Villages, Florida, and offer installation for local residents. For residents more than 10 miles from The Villages, a premium is charged to cover travel expenses. Our charge for installation of your new lock system is $30.00 per lock.

What is the warranty on your lock systems?
All our lock systems come with a limited lifetime warranty on the mechanical components. Please click the Warranty tab above for detailed information.

What is "Lock Bumping"?
Lock bumping is a new technique used by home invaders, whereby they simply take a "bump key", tap it with a hammer and presto, they gain entry to your home. Our line of digital lock systems are designed to prevent lock bumping, thereby providing a greater level of safety for you and your family.
